Visit by Director of Leverhulme Trust: 9 Oct

Prof Gordon Marshall

The new Director of the Leverhulme Trust, Prof GordonMarshall, will be visiting the University on 9 October.

It is always useful to hear from funders, but it will be particularly so with Prof Marshall, as he is still relatively new in post. It will be good to get a sense of where he sees Leverhulme going in the next few years.

His visit will consist of the following:

• 10am-12:30pm: A series of talks by Leverhulme award holders about the work that the Trust has funded.
• 12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch with recent award holders (by invitation)
• 1:30pm-3pm: Prof Gordon Marshall:  ‘The Current Work and Future Strategy of the Leverhulme Trust’ (title TBC)

All are welcome, and tea and coffee will be provided. Do let me know if you would like to come along to either the morning or afternoon sessions, or both. I will be in touch nearer the date to confirm the venue.
